A TYPICAL TEKULVE ACCELERATION PROGRAM
Our Typical Acceleration Program Consists of :
- 7-8 Week Program - 20 Sessions (Including Pre and Post Test Evaluations)
- 2-3 sessions per week (60 min sessions) All work-outs are scheduled.
- Active Dynamic Warm-up (Every Session)
- 8 or 12 Treadmill Sessions / 8-12 Dynamic Movement Skill Sessions
- Functional Lower Body Strength Training (Age and Ability appropriate)
Every program, regardless of sport, trains the athlete using the following Training components:
- Safety and Injury Reduction
- Correct biomechanics of movement
- Active Dynamic Warm-up
- Maximum Sprint Speed and Sprinting Biomechanics (High Intensity PerformanceTreadmill)
- Flexibility
- Lower Body Strength Training
- Cardiovascular/Endurance Training and Increased Anaerobic Tolerance
- Dynamic Balance
- Agility
- Dynamic Movement Skills
- Quick Feet Skills
- Core Stabilization
Program Objectives: - Improve running biomechanics
- Improve Cardiovascular Conditioning
- Increase explosive power
- Increase stride length and stride frequency
- Increase maximum sprint speed
- Increase anaerobic tolerance
- Improve foot speed and agility training
- Enhance posture and body positioning
- Improve overall strength to reduce the risk of injuries
