INTRODUCTION TO WHAT WE DO

At Tekulve Acceleration we understand each individual is different in terms of goals, needs, and athletic ability.
We cater to all athletes: Youth, High School, College, Pro, and Weekend Warriors searching for a customized program and one-on-one attention in areas of speed, power development and sports specific performance training.
The Acceleration Program is specifically designed to develop and enhance an athlete's speed, agility and lower body strength to their maximum possible level. Using the latest in scientific research and development, our Acceleration Programs have been proven to affect significant increases in SPEED (two-tenths of a second in the 40-yard dash, VERTICAL JUMP (four inches), FOOT SPEED 30-50% and THROWING VELOCITY (four miles an hour)

FUNCTIONAL PROGRESSION RETURN TO SPORT PROGRAM: |
![]() Our training encompass programs for every sport including but not limited too, lacrosse, tennis, volleyball, soccer, baseball, basketball, football, and distance running.
All athletes are Pre and Post-Tested The primary components utilized by the Acceleration program include High Intensity Treadmill Training, Dynamic Movement skills, and Lower Body Weight Training. The combination of these training modalities along with our expert staff provides an unbelievable training stimulus that cannot be matched. After just one Acceleration Training program, comprised of 20 sessions (including pre and post tests) spread over seven weeks, our athletes see vast improvements in their explosive power, accuracy and active recovery. Core strength and balance become rock solid. These athletes are able to play at game speed for a longer time than other athletes and with fewer injuries. For those athletes not familiar with our program, we offer a one hour introduction session for only $30. This is a great way to experience key elements of Acceleration training to be sure we have a program that is right for you. |
Our Functional Progression Program picks up where traditional therapy ends. We are looking to return the injured client to full activity status in gradually increasing increments to enhance function and confidence.
The program uses the Backpedal Treadmill, Dynamic Movement Drills, Forward Treadmill and Strength Training to reach these goals. The Functional Progression/ Return to Sport philosophy can be utilized for almost any lower extremity pathology. The key is to progress slowly as signs and symptoms dictate. The goal is to return the client to their preferred activity to as close to 100% as possible. Almost any age population can benefit from this activity with the appropriate modifications. |
